Support & Marketing

* Microsoft Dynamics full CRM package to manage your business,
* ATS provide franchisees & clients a fully interactive online reporting web-based portal.
* Invoicing and debt collection is all taken care of for you by our administration team.
* Software is developed in house.
* A dedicated support team for technical, hardware and software issues.
Training
* No prior electrical experience is needed.
* Testing & Tagging in accordance with AS/NZS 3760:2022
* Training on associated WH&S regulations and all other ATS systems and services.
* White Card, Cert II Fire, test & tag courses are a prerequisite.
* A two-week intensive induction program of running & operating the business. Periodic training sessions are held frequently.

Appliance Tagging Services is an Australia-wide specialist in Electrical Safety Assessments and Testing & Reporting Management systems in accordance with AS/NZS 3760:2022. With expert knowledge of electrical safety ATS has been protecting Australian workplaces through Appliance testing & tagging for well over 15 years. ATS franchisees work from home and conduct their testing & tag business via a distinctively sign-written vehicle. Our extensive research into the latest appliance testing and tagging methods and equipment guarantee our team is the best equipped to maintain workplace safety and compliance in accordance with AS/NZ Standards. Support office is based in Melbourne.
