Marketing support

* As a qualified and experienced professional you no doubt feel confident in delivering services. However, you may not feel so confident in acquiring clients and when you are busy with client work you will not have the ability to respond immediately to new client leads. Imagine having marketing and sales resources working to help you setup client meetings and acquire clients.

Training provided

* You will receive training, coaching and ongoing support to operate our proven business model, software applications and operational procedures. Training is a combination of one hour zoom workshops and self paced online learning. This makes it convenient to schedule within the time that you have available. Induction training is 24 hours after which you can provide client services where you are competent to do so. Full training is typically an additional 60-100 hours.

Skills

* You must be a skilled professional with relevant qualifications in Accounting or Team Performance specialist/coach – this doesn’t necessarily mean that you need a Degree or Masters. While these qualifications will count in your favour, during the application process, they are not essential.

* What we mostly care about is that you have the skills to be able to deliver high quality services to clients. If your work experience to date has equipped you to do this, then you could be very well suited to this opportunity.

Length of Agreement

* Franchisees have the security of a 10 year term with the option to renew for an additional 10 years. Options are available to exit the franchise at anytime during the Term.

We can show you how to more than double that hourly rate. As a franchisee you will then have the freedom to choose a strategy based on the hours you want to work and the income you desire.

We offer three franchise levels giving you a choice and to match your experience and aspirations. These options will be explained at your first meeting.
