After 40 years of combined cooking experience in Queensland's top restaurants and cafes, two seasoned chefs took a leap of faith in 2022, post-pandemic, to bring the community a breath of fresh air - a simple, yet exceptional sandwich shop. Ditching the fine dining scene, they're serving up expertly crafted, nutritious, and affordable sandwiches that don't compromise on flavour or quality. With their combined expertise and passion for good food, they're proving that sometimes the best things in life are the simplest. No frills, just great sandwiches that hit the spot.
Currently completely owner operated, trading Monday - Friday 10:30am through 1:30pm (owners commuting from Northside of Brisbane). The two owners start each workday at 8am and finish at finish at 2pm. We do no external work on the business outside of picking up any ingredients that we don't get delivered. Approximately 1 hour a week.
This is a great business, providing instant income and with potential to trade 7 days a week and expand the menu to include breakfast and coffee.
