This Business Class Transfers (BCT) Fanchise is part of the Gold Coast based company that operates airport transfers, cruise terminal trnasfers, theme parks, major sporting events and shows covering the Gold Coast, Byron Bay Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba. It is a growing national company that has the benefit of operating under the guidance of the Fanchise Council of Australia.
The owner operator has the option of nominating the hours of operation they wish to perform, but generally it would entail operating on a roster covering either am/pm hours or a combination of both with a rostered day off every six days.
All work is provided by the BCT call centre located on the Gold Coast. The call centre is responsible for allocating the jobs to all drivers and the details of these jobs are provided by email to each driver between 5 and 6 pm each evening for the following day. The owner operator will need to have a computer and access to email to receive their allocated jobs.
The owner operator is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in a clean operating condition at all times. A long book is to be maintained, vehicle checks to be recorded daily. The owner operator is responsible for obtaining the Operator Accredition from the Qld Transport Department.
Assistance can be provided if required to obtain the operator accreditation.
The owner operator will have to sign a franchise agreement with BCT and meet their requirements and operating standards.
The Franchise will include a black Toyota Targo vehicle with 312,000 klms, with a complete dealer service history. The vehicle is fully equipped with the required BCT signage, personalised plates, DVD, 2 x baby seats, 2 x child booster seats, roof rack, tow bar, tinted windows, registration until April 2011, a current vehicle inspection certificate and a box trailer.
