Our company is a small family run business specialising in relocation of factories and machinery. For the past 20 years we relocated many factories specially in the Textile Industry both locally and overseas. With the demise of the Textile Industry in Australia we relocated many plants to China. Our philosophy of relocation was not just machinery movers but we would disassemble, pack to transport (in containers if overseas) then follow up with unpacking and reassembly of the equipment .

Over the past 5 years we have expanded to other industries covering general engineering and factory relocation plus packing of equipment for shipment overseas . Basically we have a prime mover and step deck semi trailer for moving our range of forklifts. These forklifts are a 2t , 4t, 6t and 10t forklifts. The semitrailer is fully fitted with a crane and hydraulic winch and tailgate controls. The forklifts come complete with extension slippers and jibs and all are certified compliant. As well as the forks, for factory relocation is a matching 36 tautliner and a 6t Hino tray truck with a rear loading tailgate. Other equipment included includes a scissorlift and 35 knuckle boom and a tandem engineers trailer full of required jacks, skates , porta power units etc. Two container ramps and a full container packing cage with strapping, compressor, nailgun and packing equipment cover all container packing requirements.

The company is being sold as an operating company so no registration transfers etc required. The company would suit a family operation with perhaps father and a couple of sons to operate the business. The key personnel to retain is the present full time employee who knows the equipment operation and is fully licensed in operations.
