As well as sourcing work from real estate agents, private work is also sourced from pool fence inspectors, pest control agents, building inspectors, banks (as mortgagee in possession), insurance companies, retirement and aged care villages, body corporate and other tradesmen.
The current owner has forged excellent relationships with many trades people who are able to subcontract more difficult jobs and who in turn refer work back.
